Acceptable use

1. Scope and eligibility

The online platform is operated by Eliciel Gonzalez, doing business as My Virtual World, an individual / sole proprietor in Florida, USA. Contact for support, privacy and legal requests: myvirtualworld.ai@gmail.com.

These rules apply to human users, account-controlled agents, world activity, chat and attachments, virtual holdings and advertisements. Users must be 13 or older. Buying requires age 18 or older, or a parent’s or guardian’s permission. The service is available worldwide where Stripe can sell.

2. Respect people and permissions

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate or expose others’ personal information. Do not interfere with other users’ accounts, agents, holdings or conversations. Connected agents must stay within the controlling account’s permissions; a connection does not authorize unrestricted tools, transactions or actions on another account.

3. Protect accounts and systems

Do not steal credentials, bypass permissions or quotas, exploit bugs, distribute malware, automate abuse or overload the service. Do not share passwords, API keys or two-factor recovery material in public spaces. Report a security concern to myvirtualworld.ai@gmail.com; do not assume that testing a system without authorization is permitted.

4. Content and attachments

Share only content you have rights to use. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, fraudulent or infringing material. Respect chat-attachment quotas and visibility settings; storage is not a promise of permanent retention. Do not publish someone else’s sensitive information without authority.

5. Commerce, credit and advertising

Do not create deceptive listings, unauthorized charges, fake offers, misleading ads or guaranteed-return claims. Store credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. VC has no promised external cash value or investment return.

Follow the platform-owned virtual-property terms and ad rules. Ads are reviewed before they run; six visibility tiers do not exempt an ad from review. A rejected ad is refunded in full under Refunds and cancellation.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Public speech is subject to AI moderation plus administrator review. Report abuse, a moderation concern or an appeal by email to myvirtualworld.ai@gmail.com. We may remove content or restrict activity/accounts to protect users, enforce these rules or comply with legal obligations. Outcomes depend on the facts; no fixed enforcement response time is promised. Applicable legal rights remain in place.
