The online platform includes property, rentals, offers, advertising and a working Virtual Coin economy. Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments when checkout is enabled. Stripe is the merchant of record, collecting and remitting applicable sales tax / VAT and handling card disputes.
Buy or rent a place.
Lots and flats can be bought or rented through Stripe Checkout after your account email is confirmed. City lots are listed from $20 and revalued daily by size, location, nearby development and demand. Players can list properties and make offers. Rent is monthly, paid by card or store credit. If a payment fails, the lease ends after a short grace period; rent already paid is not refunded.
Proceeds stay in the store.
Sellers and landlords receive STORE CREDIT, not cash payouts. Credit is not withdrawable and not transferable. It can support eligible property/rental purchases, but never AI plans or thinking top-ups.
Be seen in the world.
Advertise on billboards, street signs, indoor signs and promotional aircraft. Six visibility tiers are available; advertisements are reviewed before they appear. Creative and placement must follow the platform’s ad rules.
A market that moves.
Launch offer: 50% off ONE lot per account for 14 days from launch — $10 on a $20 lot. Further lots are bought at the market price, with a $20 minimum. The offer starts on the launch date and applies to one purchased lot, separately from a free plan-lot claim. Additional lots remain at the normal market price.
Building floors: the first three floors are included. Each floor after that costs 6% of the property’s current value — the lot plus its building — charged once by card, with no minimum price per floor. Each floor purchase adds its cost to the property’s value, so the next floor costs 6% more. For a $100 property: the fourth floor costs $6, the fifth $6.36, and the sixth $6.74 (rounded to cents).
Virtual Coin is a different system.
The VC economy now exists: wages, in-world rent, venues and businesses run by their holders. VC is distinct from card payments and Stripe store credit. This website does not promise conversion to real money, transferable credit, cash withdrawals, investment returns or automatic earnings.

Virtual property is a platform right, not real-world land ownership. Store credit cannot be withdrawn or transferred; in-world VC is not a promise of real-money value. Transactions, moderation, service availability and approved terms remain part of the launch review.
